Business Life Japan is a bilingual (Japanese and English) business media that profiles Japanese companies by industry, strengths and the problems they solve. Each profile covers the founder, services and current partnership needs, written by our editors.
What we do
People looking for a company want to know what it does, what it is best at and whether it can solve their problem. Business Life Japan answers that on a single page per company, using the same structure for every profile so you can compare by industry, challenge and area.
Every article has an English version, so readers outside Japan can find Japanese companies too.
Editorial policy
First-hand information comes first
Articles are based on interviews with founders and officially published information. If we have not yet interviewed a company, we say so at the end of the article.
Numbers and quotes need a source
We publish only figures that are public or stated in the interview, list sources in each article, and never invent quotes.
We do not charge for listings
Listings are free and our editors decide what to write. Our team also introduces companies to each other and may receive fees from the companies we introduce.
We fix outdated information
Each article shows its published and updated dates. We update content when companies tell us about changes or when our editors notice them.
